Carbon Poker have signed actress and keen poker player, Shannon Elizabeth as their newest pro player. The American Pie star will represent the site at offline tournamenta, play at the online poker room and also keep fans up to date by writing on the Carbon Poker blog.

If your still unsure of exactly who Shannon Elizabeth is, you may know her from Dancing With The Stars, The Grand or That 70′s Show. She is already blogging on the Carbon Poker site so be sure to check it out and keep up to date with the star.

Unlike many other actors and actresses who get signed up by online poker rooms,  Shannon actually plays and enjoys poker. She’s not too bad either! Her most notable successes include finishing in 3rd place for a cool $125,000 payday at the NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship, finishing first at the 1st Annual Nicky Hilton New Year’s Eve Poker Tournament at Caesars Palace and a number of World Series of Poker cashes.
