Just played in OFC #105 – OFC power poker freeroll. I came in 106th place out of 1,000 players. 2 hours and 25 minutes to win $1.50. Was the time playing worth it? I would say yes. Now I know how people on power poker play. Most of the time I was chip leader at my table until they more me to another table where some of the tournament chip leaders was at. I think some of them just went allin a few times throughout the tournament and doubled up each time to become one of the chip leaders because I was taking their chips pretty easy. Now how did I get out? Well they was bully the table a little bit so I thought one of them maybe bluffing on some of this bullying you know? So when the flop came it was rainbow all low numbers.
I was holding 9Heart9Diamond went allin (I don't know why) and I lost to a pair of kings.

Since I didn't have any money in power poker. This was an ok victory. (First place would been better!) Now I have 2 options; 1: Play with $1.50 and try to get it to $5.50 for the OFC #106 tomorrow or 2: Wait until I place cash in a few more freeroll tournaments.

I don't know what to do. We will see what happens. I know for a fact I will be in both events in the WSOOF main event! Cool

nice job !  I did that once on an OFC site and had to turn a small win into enough for the next day. They had $.50 SnG's and ended up playing 8 that night and not wanting to multi-table too much and make enough on 1 game and loose it in another, so I mostly played 1 table. went to bed late with $4.50 and got up in time for a turbo, before the game. took the bigest buy-in so even 3rd would work !!  Got the win !!!

Then went out early in the OFC buy-in !! lol  chalk it up to fatigue, and the experience !!

lol, that was a good plan and some great skills. I should have played sitngos. However, I went for the micro stakes cash games. Limit Texas holdem always seem to work well for me at those levels. Just didn't work well enough. lol

Next I will keep sitngos in mind. I always seem to place in cash with them. (When I focus) I do ok with 2 tables and really struggle with 4 tables. So I try to play 1 sitngo at a time. As you said, win on one and lose on the other. Not really going to work for building a bankroll. 1 sitngo at a time is good for now.
